A demo of what you'll experience as a PHIT user

Every PHIT experience begins with personalised onboarding, where you identify your symptoms, health context, medications and supplements, wearables, any health-related data that you wish to capture or track, and what you want to understand. Everything that follows, from your daily check-ins and food and movement diaries to your Insight Diary, is shaped by this personalised profile.

Click through each step below for an example of what a personalised daily experience looks like. Nothing you enter is saved or stored.

Daily check-in
The demo uses a pre-set symptom profile. In a live use of PHIT, symptoms and other specifics such as wearables are personalised during onboarding, and the daily check-in reflects this personalisation.
A short check-in occurs morning and evening, with an optional middle-of-day check-in for days when something has shifted. A day notes option is also there, to capture anything worth recording as the day unfolds. These notes automatically transfer to your evening check-in.

Log any time through the day
Food Diary
Log what you eat and drink throughout the day, with as much or as little detail as you like. Include brands, quantities and preparation where relevant, and PHIT will estimate macros and nutritional context from your entries, with a confidence level based on the detail you give.
Your food diary entries feed directly into your evening check-in and Insight Diary, where relationships between what you eat and how you feel can emerge over time, once there are enough comparable days.

Movement Diary
Record exercise and movement sessions as they happen. Capture the type of activity, duration, intensity, and any notes on sets, reps or how the session felt.
Movement data flows into your evening check-in and Insight Diary alongside your other health signals, helping PHIT identify how activity patterns relate to your symptoms and recovery.

Generated each day
Insight Diary
Your daily diary is generated after your evening check-in. Choose a simple overview for days when you just want the headlines, or you can tap to view the full details.
The demo includes two sample profiles: a 31-day record for a Long COVID user, and a 14-day record for a peri-menopausal user. Toggle the "profile" button between the two.

Shared when you choose
Practitioner summary
A one-page summary of your record over months, which you can choose to share with a practitioner: symptom severity and how symptoms cluster, how often days were limited, what changed around a treatment, and wearable data day by day against your own baseline.
A de-identified extract of a real PHIT practitioner report, shared with the participant's consent.
